Richmond police arrested a 22-year-old Richmond man for second-degree burglary and receiving stolen property after recovering a computer taken in a May 18 theft.Christopher A. Agee was taken into custody Monday at Richmond Mall following an investigation into a burglary at an apartment in the 200 block of Keystone Drive, said Sgt. Willard Reardon, Richmond Police Department spokesman.
